The mental model that has been most helpful to me in making big life/work decisions is what I think of as "people-first decision making."

Are we going through the motions with one another and expressing things a computer would say, or are we being truly thoughtful, empathetic and considerate?

Why choose entrepreneurship? There are plenty of other things to do that are less stressful, more predictable and afford better work/life balance— in other words, easier. For me, it comes down to these things.
